Strive Technology Consulting Marketing Communications
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in Strive Technology Consulting's marketing communication programs, including SMS (text message) and email communications. By opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
Strive Technology Consulting Marketing Communications provides subscribers with promotional offers, business news, and educational invitations via SMS text message and email. When you register for a webinar or specific event, you may also receive notifications and updates related to that particular webinar or event.
2. How to Opt Out (Cancel Service)
SMS (Text Messages)
You can cancel SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to our SMS program. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS text messages from us. If you want to rejoin our SMS program in the future, simply opt in again and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
You can opt out of email communications from a specific email list at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email you receive from us, or by contacting us through our contact page at https://www.striveit.com/contact. Once you unsubscribe from a particular list, we will remove your email address from that specific distribution list and you will no longer receive communications from that list. Please note that unsubscribing from one email list does not remove you from other marketing lists you may be subscribed to.

4. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery, timing, and content are subject to carrier networks and their policies. Strive Technology Consulting is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by carriers or other third-party systems beyond our control.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any SMS messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier will apply based on your mobile service plan. If you have any questions about your text plan, data plan, or message rates, please contact your wireless provider directly.
6. Message Frequency
We maintain multiple marketing and communication lists through various channels. Message frequency varies by list and program. Generally, SMS communications are sent infrequently; however, if you opt in to receive notifications for a specific webinar or event, you may receive additional messages related to that program. Email communications are typically sent 1-2 times per week, though frequency may vary depending on active promotions, business updates, and educational opportunities available.
